Senior Backend Developer

Overview

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our development team and help build robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy backend solutions that power our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs to support our web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize backend performance and scalability to ensure smooth operation under high load and traffic.
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of backend systems.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our backend architecture and development processes.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your technical skills and projects.
• Proficiency in backend development languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with backend frameworks and technologies such as Django, Flask, Spring Boot, Express.js, or Ruby on Rails.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), including database design, optimization, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
