Product Manager

Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies to drive growth and innovation. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps, including defining product vision, strategy, and goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize and deliver product features and enhancements.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve product features and usability.
• Communicate product updates and roadmap to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
