A WhatsApp group is a chat thread. StoneCircle is a system of record. Every visitor pass, every payment, every complaint, every announcement is stored against the estate's official ledger not lost in a feed that scrolls past in 24 hours.
Yes via Paystack, card, transfer, or USSD. Receipts are stored automatically and the estate's books update in real time. No more chasing receipts at year-end.
From the home screen, tap "Approve a guest", enter the visitor's name and (optionally) plate number, choose a duration, and share the code via WhatsApp. The gate verifies the code on arrival, no phone call needed.
An alert with your live GPS is sent simultaneously to your Circles, the estate gate, and the estate manager. Each receiver acknowledges. The whole interaction is timestamped and audited so you can review what happened later.
