Senior Digital Marketer

Overview

As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote products or services. You will play a key role in driving online brand awareness and lead generation while utilizing various digital channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Website Management

  • Liaise with the team to develop and/or update content.
  • Adjust the design (or overhaul it).
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
  • Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
  • Create strategies to grow the subscriber base and web traffic metrics.
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on website performance.
  • Handle online marketing projects ranging from SEO to social media marketing.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Develop optimization strategies to increase the company’s search engine results rankings.
  • Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company’s website and marketing materials.
  • Research and analyse competitor advertising links.
  • Develop and implement a link-building strategy.
  • Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.
  • Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions to attract clients.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

3. Content Marketing Management

  • Researching and analysing competitors’ content, messaging, and distribution tactics.

4. Keyword research.

  • Identifying target audiences and their key demographics, interests, and online behaviour.
  • Create appropriate content marketing strategy: type, style, and channel distribution of content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven digital marketing experience with expertise in strategy and execution.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
