The StoneCircle Resident App is designed specifically for residents of gated communities or estates. It connects to community features such as dues, electricity payments, gate passes, complaints, and broadcasts.
How is StoneCircle (Resident App) different from the regular StoneCircle App?
The Resident App focuses on estate-level management and transactions (dues, electricity, complaints).
The Standard App emphasizes personal safety and communication (Circles, Panic, and Moments!).
How can I pay my estate dues?
In the Community you belong to, you will see your estate due card. Tap on Pay now on the due card and follow the prompts. You’ll receive instant confirmation once payment is complete.
How do I buy electricity using the Resident App?
1:Go to Pay for Electricity.
2:Enter your Meter Number and amount.
3:Confirm payment.
What should I do if my electricity token doesn’t appear?
Check your Transaction History under Financials. If the token is still missing, contact StoneCircle Support with your transaction reference. Our team will resolve it promptly.
How can I generate a gate pass for visitors or deliveries?
1:Tap Grant Access → “Create access.”
2:Enter visitor’s details, date, and time.
3:Share the generated QR code or numeric code with your guest.
How do I raise a complaint?
- Tap Raise Complaint → “Raise a Complaint.”
- Select the Complaint Type (e.g., water supply, power supply, maintenance).
- Add a short description and photo (optional).
- Track progress until resolved by your community manager.
