Overview

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and project requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints, maintaining brand standards and design guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and interaction design.
- Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
