1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using StoneCircle, you agree to these Terms of Use, Limestone's Privacy Policy, and applicable community guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. User eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use StoneCircle. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are able to enter into a legally binding agreement.
3. User-generated content
StoneCircle allows you to create or share incident reports, messages, videos, and other content. You agree to post only accurate and appropriate content that does not infringe another person's rights.
You must not post or share nudity or sexually explicit material, hate speech, racism, harassment, emergency misinformation, defamation, abuse, impersonation, or other objectionable content. Violations can lead to removal, suspension, or a permanent ban.
Automated systems and human moderators may review content to enforce these terms.
4. Moderation and reporting
Limestone may, but is not required to, monitor, review, or remove content that violates these terms. Users should report objectionable content through StoneCircle's in-app reporting tools.
5. Privacy and data protection
We collect and use information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This can include location information used for panic alerts, device information, and community-engagement data. You can control certain permissions and settings through your device and app.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support@limestone.ng immediately.
8. Licences and ownership
The app's design, functionality, and underlying technology remain the property of Limestone Technology Services Limited. When you submit content, you grant Limestone a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute it within the app to the extent necessary to operate the service.
9. Termination
Limestone may suspend or terminate access where a user violates these terms, undermines community trust or safety, or engages in harmful or abusive conduct. You may stop using StoneCircle and request account deletion at any time.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
