What does hardware cost?

Every estate's perimeter is different, so we quote after a free site assessment rather than publishing a misleading flat price. Two things are always true: hardware is a one-time capital cost, it never joins your monthly software fee and you'll get a written, itemised quote before any commitment. Many estates phase installation across two or three budgets, starting with the gate.

Site assessment

Our engineer walks your perimeter with your FM and chairman. Marks placement for cameras, barriers, fence, panels. Estimate within 48 hours.

02 — WEEK 1–2

Build & install

Civil works (if needed), cabling, mounting, configuration. We pre-test everything in the workshop so on-site time is minimal.

03 — WEEK 3

Commission & train

Live commissioning with your Facility Manager. Your guards train on the kiosk. Your chairman gets a walkthrough of the dashboard. Sign-off only when it works.

04 — ONGOING

Operate & maintain

24-month hardware warranty. Quarterly preventive maintenance covers barrier mechanics and motors, camera alignment and storage health, UPS and power checks, and firmware updates. Hardware faults get a response SLA with a named technician your facility manager can call. After the warranty, an optional maintenance retainer continues coverage with priority response.
